The new guys anxiously await Ted's return. As you can see from the excitement on their faces, they are in the middle of Ted's Comtrain Classroom session. Tomorrow, they'll do the field practical where they very likely will find out what it's like to crap one's pants on a tower. In order to keep our new employees' attention, as well as keep them from falling asleep in class, we decorated the training room with bright, vibrant colors.
You can just feel the excitement.
